Around this time last year, it was reported that Quebec City's Festival D'Ete deserved the title of Best Festival In Canada. The 2011 edition of the festival wrapped up on Sunday, and once again the 11-day event proved worthy of the title.
Last year saw a plethora of older bands like Sum 41, Reel Big Fish, and Face to Face hitting the road with the tour after years of doing their own headliners. This year, it's a little more of the same as groups like Pepper, The Expendables, Relient K, and Simple Plan are on the tour for the entire summer.
Amanda talks with Simple Plan in the KRZ Spotlight Lounge about running out of clean underwear on the road, romance, the movie Super 8, chick flicks and much more.
Despite years of endless touring, numerous hits, and half of their albums going platinum in the United States, the mention of Simple Plan still draws snickers from many people.
